Yes, I'll be making a quick turnaround this weekend just to see that she's OK, then returning mid March for Spring Break in Kent... Her information packet from her doctor and the hospital said to "discourage guests from visiting as you will need your rest..." Even in my brief stays in hospitals it just never fails that housekeeping or staff will wake up a patient just as they have finally fallen asleep, so please no "hordes" this first week after surgery. Let's make sure she'll be back up and running only after she's ready (if that's possible). Cards and flowers will be much appreciated and we'll keep you posted on her recovery and her condition to receive visitors. Thank you for understanding.
